March 15, 2025 – The YMCA Alliance of Northern New England is seeking a strategic and mission-driven leader to serve as its next Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This role provides a unique opportunity to lead a network of 25 YMCAs across Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont, driving collaboration, advocacy, and impact.

This is an opportunity for a seasoned and accomplished professional to take the next step in their leadership journey, guiding a mission-driven Alliance that supports a network of 25 YMCAs. The new CEO will join an Alliance with a dedicated staff and volunteer team, all committed to strengthening local YMCAs and expanding their impact within the communities they serve.

We are seeking an innovative, strategic, and community-oriented leader who will foster trust among stakeholders, cultivate collaboration, and drive initiatives that enhance the reputation and influence of YMCAs within the Alliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic initiatives that strengthen YMCAs and the communities they serve
• Advocate for policies that support youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility
• Develop partnerships and funding opportunities to expand regional impact
• Support local YMCAs through shared services, board development, and leadership training

Location: Northern New England (Residency Preferred)

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 + benefits, including a 12% YMCA retirement contribution
