Keynote Speaker
Shenna Bellows is Maine’s 50th and first female Secretary of State. She serves nationally on the Election Infrastructure Information and Analysis Center Executive Committee (chair, 2024–2025) and the National Association of Secretaries of State Elections, Business Services, and Cybersecurity Committees. In Maine, she serves on the InforME Board, the State Cybersecurity Advisory Council, and the University of Maine at Augusta Board of Visitors. A former state senator and past Executive Director of the ACLU of Maine, Bellows has led campaigns for marriage equality, ranked-choice voting, and same-day registration.
