Meg has spent her entire career working in the nonprofit sector in Massachusetts, New York City, and Northern New England. In Massachusetts, Meg was Director of Member Engagement at the Providers’ Council, a statewide membership association of 200 human services organizations, where she worked with nonprofits to create leadership development programs, group purchasing initiatives, and capacity building partnerships. In New York, she managed the membership department at the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce, which serves 2,000 members. As COO for the YMCA Alliance of Northern New England, she oversees public policy and strategic partnerships with the region’s 25 YMCAs and community partners.

Meg earned a bachelors degree in History from Smith College in Northampton, MA. She has a Certificate in Nonprofit Management and a Masters in Public Administration from Suffolk University in Boston. She lives in southern Maine with her husband, Justin, and their two young sons.

Paige Binfield – Director of Development

Paige is a proud product of the YMCA, having participated in the Y’s afterschool program, summer camp, and Youth and Government as a child. She spent four and a half years with the Alliance of New York State YMCAs as the Director of Healthy Living managing the chronic disease prevention and management programs for 37 YMCAs and securing state funding for several Y programs and initiatives. Outside of the Y, Paige has had various roles with the New York State Assembly, Healthy Alliance, and United Way of the Greater Capital Region.

In 2019, Paige earned her YMCA Team Leader Certification and was later recognized by YMCA of the USA as a 30 Under 30 Award recipient. She currently serves on her local YMCA’s Advisory Council where she can utilize her passions for advocacy and public policy, fund development, and community relations.

Paige earned her bachelor’s degree in urban planning and policy from Manhattan College, and her Master of Business Administration in nonprofit management from Springfield College. Paige lives in Albany, NY with her husband, Josh, and their two goldendoodles, Harry and Sonny.
