Alliance Announces Inaugural Northern New England YMCA Leadership Academy Class

June 2024 – The Leadership Academy is a unique professional development opportunity for rising stars in the YMCA movement to sharpen their leadership skills in preparation for taking their careers to new levels.

This small-group, cohort-based program uses a blended learning approach over nine months with web-based interactive sessions, peer group projects, individual learning plans, and two overnight in-person sessions.
